A family friendly event that will inspire you all to nurture your bodies and your minds.

With children's yoga classes, sound healing, educational stalls and heartwarming entertainment you will all leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to make positive changes in your lives,

This will be a minimal plastic event so please bring your water bottles with you, alternatively you can grab a House of Leyla water bottle when you arrive. There will also be tips to reduce your plastic waste at home.

Yoga mats will be sold at the event but please bring your own if you have one!

Parking is available on site, just off the A2 near the M25.
